11am Dana + second shooter arrive at girl's getting ready space to photograph bride's details (gown, shoes, invitation, bouquets, etc), groom's details (shoes, bowtie/tie, cuff links, watch, etc), and girls getting ready
12pm Everyone's hair + makeup complete
12:30pm Bride gets into her gown; second shooter photographs groom getting ready
1pm Dana photographs bride, bridesmaids + bride's immediate family at Sea Pines Clubhouse
1:45pm Dana photographs groom, groomsmen + groom's immediate family at Sea Pines Clubhouse
2:15pm Everyone tucked away; Dana to photograph reception space at this time; second shooter photographs ceremony details + guests arriving
3pm Ceremony
3:30pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph all combined family formals, wedding party photos, and portraits at this time
4:30pm Reception begins
5:30pm Sunset photos (sunset 5:45pm)
8:30pm Reception ends
